Today I'm sharing with you the knowledge how computer system works??
Friends , generally computer system is electronics device. So it work with only electricity.
In computer system there are nos of cables or line. Each line has its own status whether it is on or off. The on status we consider as 1 and the off status we consider 0. So we can say that computer system works on binary system.
In real life there are lots of things around us. We can introduce such things as one unique name.
For example in the classroom there are nos of students. The teacher fill attendence by giving their one unique number called a roll number.teacher gives every student a roll number in decimal system .
So what is decimal system? The system which uses 0 to 9 number in one digit called decimal system.
Now map this example with computer system.
Computer system uses binary system means one digit will be 0 or 1
If there are only two items so for that computer system uses only one cable or line which has status 0 for first item and status 1 for second item
Now there are three items so what computer system do??
It will uses 2 cables or line to map the items now it can map 4 items with 2 cables. So on as per item increase the computer system increase line or wire.so each cable or line is called bit and group of 8 bit is called 1 byte.
So information letter are coded with no of bit in computer system which is general all over the world.
For exanple Ansi,UTC-8,UTC-16 tables defines general bits code for letter.
